Its conductors feature a stranded structure composed of 11×0.12 mm or 7×0.203 mm multi-strand tinned copper wires, delivering both excellent oxidation resistance and flexibility. The insulation layer is made of eco-friendly PVC material, complying with the UL94 flame-retardant standard, with a rated temperature range of -20℃~80℃ and a rated voltage of 300V. It is paired with XH series connectors with a pin pitch of 2.54 mm, compatible with multi-pin specifications ranging from 2P to 16P. The connector housing is crafted from UL94-V0 grade PA66, and the terminals adopt a tin-plated phosphor bronze process, ensuring a contact resistance of ≤20 mΩ and an insulation resistance of ≥1000 MΩ. Featuring blue-and-white dual-color identification, the cable assembly allows for clear differentiation between signal transmission lines and power supply lines, effectively reducing the error rate during wiring and subsequent maintenance.
